Chicken Alfredo Pizza

I love pizza. Haven’t met a pizza I didn’t like. I am game to make it at home or eat it out. Every now and then I get a little crazy and add different toppings. This is what I call Chicken Alfredo Pizza.

I use the Pioneer Woman’s recipe for pizza crust. Start by sprinkling the yeast over the water.
Combine the dry ingredients and then add the liquids.

Drizzle the olive oil in a bowl and toss the ball of dough in and turn to coat.

Cover the bowl with a moist kitchen towel and set in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.

Divide the dough in half – the other dough can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
Now on to the toppings. Toss some garlic and olive oil in a pan.
Season up some chicken with your favorite spices, I used basil, season salt and Italian seasonings
Here is a glance at the rest of the ingredients.

I love to use corn meal when I bake a pizza crust you could also drizzle olive oil on your stone or pan.

Stretch the dough to fit your pan and then press down with your fingers. The thinner the better!

Now spread on some Alfredo sauce.
Add your toppings.

I used fresh Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve immediately, but I didn’t have to tell you that did I!! Let me just say that it didn’t last to long around here!!

So, what’s your favorite kind of pizza?
