Cheddar Apple Pie Dip – Gooseberry Patch Recipe # 10

Cheddar Apple Pie Dip
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 red apple, chopped
1 green apple, chopped
1/2 c. pecan pieces
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

 Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; stir in apples and pecans.

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese; add sour cream. Spread mixture in a 9″ pie plate and top with apple mixture.

Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 min.

 Enjoy on crackers or toasted bread!
